Exhibitor Undertaking

I/We have read and understood the Rules and Regulations for exhibitors at IOACON 2026, to be held at Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar (conference: 1st – 6th December 2026; exhibition: 3rd – 6th December 2026), and the Exhibitors' Manual, and agree to abide by the following:

I accept all of the rules below

I accept and acknowledge the height restrictions as mentioned in the Exhibitors' Manual.
I will observe the "No Work Day" as notified by the IOACON 2026 organisers.
I accept not to create a "false ceiling" or any kind of structure which covers the top of the stall, to maintain the cooling of the AC.
I agree not to create a mezzanine structure.
I accept that possession of the stall will be given only after submission of all the compulsory forms.
The possession timing will be followed strictly as mentioned.
The construction timing will be followed strictly as mentioned.
All vendors and contractors coming to work on the stall will carry an original, valid government-issued photo ID proof at all times.

I have read the complete Exhibitors' Manual and, by participating in IOACON 2026, I hereby undertake to abide by the rules & regulations stated in it. I confirm that all the information given in this form is correct.
